C365 Mobile App Supported Operating Systems

To maintain the best experience for customers using the C365 mobile app, we are currently introducing new time-saving features to improve the efficiency of form completions. These features require devices to be updated to the most recent operating systems available from the device manufacturer.

The C365 app is currently supported by the following operating systems:

iOS: iOS 10 and above
Android:  Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above
Windows: Windows 10

Unfortunately, iPad manufacturer Apple Inc. will not be offering the iOS 10 update to older devices. These include the 1st generation iPad, iPad 2, the 3rd generation iPad, and the 1st generation iPad mini.

Therefore, to ensure users are able to submit forms from the C365 app, we are advising any customers who are currently using legacy (unsupported) devices to replace these with the following alternatives:

  • 4th generation iPad and above
  • iPad Pro (1st gen and above)
  • iPad Air and iPad Air 2
  • iPad mini 2
  • Android:  Any device running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above
  • Windows: Windows 10 desktop, Laptop PC, Surface Tablet, Windows 10 Phone

If you are using an iPad device but are unsure which model it is, look for the model (A) number on the back of your device and check this on the below Apple Support page.

We would also like to remind customers that all devices should be updated to the most recent operating system available to ensure full compatibility with the app.

If any more information is required, please contact the support team by emailing support@c365online.co.uk or calling 01924 669 940.

Kind Regards,

The C365Cloud Support Team
