Nottinghamshire NHS Foundation Trust Launch New Odyssey Health and Safety System

Working closely with C365, Nottinghamshire NHS Foundation Trust have created an efficient system to enhance Health and Safety.

The new Odyssey system has been launched to improve the way the Trust and its divisions manage their health and safety procedures by proving a portal for each team to assess their own health and safety related issues in an effective manner.

The system was designed by C365 together with the health and safety team and the local security management specialists at the Trust. The system has been developed to monitor safety, security and fire data, enabling instant access to all relevant documents to help the Trust keep on top of their health and safety procedures. The system helps to eliminate the amount of paperwork and printing, by storing the relevant documents such as risk assessments within the system for quick and easy access.

Managing health and safety within the workplace is extremely important. The team at C365 have designed a management system to help organisations audit, manage and improve their level of statutory compliance, by providing a central repository for all health and safety related policies and procedures. C365 helps health and safety managers to monitor all risk assessments and inspections with each risk assessment tailored specifically to each organisations needs. The C365 systems proactively informs those responsible of any risks, ensuring no risk goes unnoticed.
