C365 Cloud have been appointed by a large registered social
landlord in West Yorkshire to provide its award winning, supported compliance
management software. The agreement will ensure improved visibility of
performance and significant savings are delivered in relation to asbestos
management and electrical safety processes for nearly 30,000 homes. The service
will also ensure a fully evidence-based approach to risk management in these
critical areas.
We have also been commissioned by a large housing association in the Midlands area to improve monitoring and performance in six key
areas of compliance related to their estate. The service will enable much
improved reporting and group-wide awareness of risks as they are identified by
consultants and staff. The service will also introduce mobile working solutions
for a number of programmes to enhance productivity and allow development of
bespoke, client specific data collection methods for gas safety and electrical
testing at approximately 20,000 homes.
Lastly, C365 Cloud have recently been appointed by a large
landlord in the London area. The contract involves utilising our proven
solution for managing and evidencing Fire Safety across an estate of over
50,000 properties. C365 Cloud's Fire Safety module has been developed in
partnership with Health & Safety experts in the housing sector and has
recently helped another client to win a 2016 Primary Authority Award.
